Open:   April 1st through October 31th, 2010 We usually fill up about 2 months in advance. Make your reservation early to lock in the dates you need. (We are closed for the winter from November 1st through March 31st)
Daily Rate: (2 nights minimum)   Single Occupancy: $155 per night   Double Occupancy: $180 per night Weekly Rate: (any 7 consecutive nights)   Single Occupancy: $950 per week   Double Occupancy: $1100 per week   Multiple week discounts available.
Terms	50% deposit paid in advance by personal check, money order or traveler's check. Balance due upon check-in. We also accept credit cards through PayPal.
Cancellations	Deposit is fully refundable if cancelled at least 10 days before first day of reservation. If cancelled less than 10 days, 25% of deposit is forfeited.
Occupancy	The master bedroom is furnished with king size bed, providing best comfort for two adults and perhaps a child. Call us for other occupancy requirements.
Pets	Pets are allowed with a $100 refundable cleaning deposit.
What to Bring	Rental is equipped with towels, linens, kitchen cookware and utensils, some cleaning implements, washer/dryer and satellite TV. Telephone provided for local calls. Bring your own music/movies for use with the CD and DVD players. Free high speed internet access. 24hr Supermarket and Pharmacy is located within 5 miles. Asheville Mall and area restaurants located within 8 miles.
